I think this has been the quickest turn around I’ve had from meeting someone to going out on a date. One week. He kept asking me all week when he was going to see me but considering there are some guys who i’ve meet and am STILL waiting to go out with, I generally don’t get fussed over it anymore. So when he said he was in my area (he lives on the other side of the city) yesterday well I feel like it all happened so fast but I wasn’t going to pass up an opportunity presented to me.

Before I knew it I was waiting for him at the Pub that is like 5 minutes from my house (it’s also the shortest drive I’ve ever had to take for a date! - I’m breaking all these records!). Mind you, I had almost no recollection of how he looked like (I knew he couldn’t be that bad because a. I was talking and being sweet at the start of the night and b. I asked my friend (who is really criitcal) and she said he was ‘ok’ - which means probably pretty good considering we have different tastes in guys for the most part), yet there I was wondering what I had just gotten myself into. I can now tell you that he is rather hot :}

We didn’t stay at the Pub we took off for a drive down to the sea and wandered into a restaurant bayside. I’ve realized that he is a big time joker/stirrer but its all in jest and so therefore he is pretty funny. I laughed and giggled a lot which I’d say is a good sign. By the end of the night he was saying how he still wanted to see me the next day (we had originally planned to meet Sunday not Saturday), I was a lil taken aback (first date within the week and second date the next day? the fact there was a mention of a second one threw me into confusion..), so all I can do now is wait and see if calls me today. I didn’t get anything last night, on Friday he was messaging me while he was at work but he didn’t last night, so I’m almost thinking thats not a good sign. In other words, this may just end up being just another one-date wonder in my life.
